Global Insights KPO is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Associate - Accounting to manage client engagements, oversee accounting deliverables, ensure quality standards, and support process improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, client management skills, analytical abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting tasks
- Communicate with US clients and support client engagements
- Review and maintain accuracy of financial records
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards
- Assist in process improvements and workflow efficiency
- Support and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in KPO, CPA, CA, or outsourcing environment preferred
