Client Relationship Manager

About the Role

JD Ceramic is looking for a proactive and personable Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships from order placement through to final payment collection. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring every lead is followed up on, every order is serviced smoothly, and every client feels heard and supported.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all client leads after orders are placed to ensure they are properly serviced.
• Ensure existing clients are satisfied through consistent after-sales service.
• Proactively seek honest, candid feedback from clients.
• Service clients from order placement all the way through to collection of payment.
• Resolve client queries and questions promptly and effectively.
• Guide and support clients on company products and services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints, escalating issues to management as needed.
• Understand client concerns and work to resolve them in whatever way is needed.

Additional Requirements

• Candidates should reside within approximately 30–45 minutes' commute of our Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad office.

Compensation

• ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
