The role is responsible for supporting existing and developing new businesses within AAK India by understanding the needs of the customer and building strong relationships to create great customer value
Job Description:
Own and Drive Sales for assigned regions & segments to ensure results are fully aligned with the business segment plans
Develop and manage customer accounts, understand customer needs through regular customer visits to ensure customer value is achieved
Grow and develop AAK’s customer base to increase business opportunity
Put together a plan to leverage existing and future business opportunities
Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
Negotiating contracts with clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
Periodically resolve client issues and complaints
Collaborating with cross functional teams such as marketing, SCM, CI & R&D, to ensure client’s needs are met.
Ensure accuracy of forecast by using proper metrics.
Monitor and report market information to present to stakeholders
Manage the Channel Partners
Expand geographical area by appointing new distributors
Manage the Receivables and Overdues
Desired Educational Background & Skills :
University degree (B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA etc) in food technology, oil technology, chemicals, business administration, management.
Fluency in English Language is a must. Ability to interact with cross functional teams and drive collaboration
Candidates having upto 2 years of experience would be an added advantage
