Technical Expertise
Experience of Windows Server Administration, Monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Working hands on experience on Linux.
Working hands on experience on Database & its troubleshooting
Experience in scripting
Excellent problem-solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility
Have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, System performance tuning.
Participate in root cause analysis if needed.
Maintain and update network diagrams and Service provider information.
Preferably experience in network management, monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Good document and technical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate technical issues to nontechnical and technical audiences
Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
Additional experience in Fintech domain is an added advantage.

Work with the client and / or all stake holders to ensure changes are understood and approved.
Ensure solution designed meet’s internal and client expectations with respect to quality, delivery timelines and strategy.
If needed, create customized reporting for the client or team or stack holders.
Good communication skills & Self-confidence are must. Preferred fluency in English.
Ability to take direction from all levels
Provide guidance for the team with technical architecture as needed
Provide technical leadership for team through design and code reviews, ensuring best technical practices are applied.
