(U.S. business hours overlap)

Compensation: Up to ₹7 LPA

What You'll Do:

Support:

• Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for deployed automations.
• Monitor automation health and ensure SLA and client support commitments are met.
• Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Drive continuous improvements to reduce failures and manual intervention.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with business, product, QA, IT, and client teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.

Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain automations using Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.
• Develop supporting programs/scripts using TypeScript, Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Integrate automations with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and reliability improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to reusable automation solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• 4 years of experience in RPA development, with proven expertise in Microsoft Power Automate.
• Programming experience in TypeScript and at least one of Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience integrating automation with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and debugging skills, with ability to read logs and resolve production issues.
• Ability and willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
• Good communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with U.S. Mortgage domain applications or workflows.
• Interest in AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies.
