TrueGether is a US-based, zero-fee e-commerce marketplace helping small businesses and individual sellers reach customers without the heavy costs of traditional platforms.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Customer Support Executive who can help us provide a smooth and reliable experience for both buyers and sellers.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers professionally, understanding and resolving their concerns, and coordinating with internal teams when required. The role will involve supporting both buyers and sellers across various aspects of the marketplace, including orders, disputes, returns, cancellations, refunds, accounts, and general platform-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist buyers and sellers with their day-to-day queries related to the TrueGether platform, orders, disputes, returns, cancellations, refunds, and account-related issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email and the internal ticketing system in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
• Understand customer concerns, investigate issues, and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and seller issues efficiently.
• Follow established support guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Assist sellers with platform-related queries and basic onboarding or operational requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on open customer issues until they are appropriately resolved.
• Support day-to-day marketplace operations whenever required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to understand customer concerns.
• Ability to handle multiple queries and tasks while meeting response timelines.
• Professional, patient, and empathetic approach toward customers.
• Comfortable working independently as well as coordinating with internal teams.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or a similar customer-facing environment will be an advantage.
