What you’ll do?

Support the Buyers with vendor management, ad hoc tasks

Handling Complaints of Retail & Vendor Accounts Management

Stock Monitoring (in-stock + in-transit) and ensuring the products are delivered on time

Demonstrated ability in managing reporting and analysis

Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, SQL is a plus

Demonstrates excellent time-management/prioritization skills and the ability to work independently

Create recon report for all inwards for assigned vendors.

Connect with suppliers for CN for short/damage received.

Creating PSPOs for GRN Correction, liaising with WH and vendors to fast-track invoice clearance.

Help in clearing box Qtys. and ensure RTVs are picked up on time for assigned vendors/sellers.

What you’ll need?

Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

Great people skills and ability to communicate constructive feedback.

Problem-solving capabilities to create strategies to improve support quality.

Excellent English vocabulary & writing skills.

Ability to work with little supervision, take responsibility and get the task done.

Have good knowledge in MS office and presentation skills.
