AI Native UX Designer

About the role

We build AI products for luxury real estate — conversational agents, lead intelligence, bilingual (English/Arabic) buyer journeys, and internal agent tooling.

We are not looking for someone to skin a chatbot. We want a designer who thinks in AI-native patterns: non-deterministic outputs, streaming responses, confidence and citations, human-in-the-loop, graceful failure, and multi-step agentic flows.

You will own end-to-end product design across customer-facing and internal AI products, working directly with engineering and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Design AI-first experiences across chat, agent workflows, search and discovery, recommendations, and lead qualification
• Define interaction patterns for uncertainty — streaming and loading states, partial answers, hallucination guardrails, escalation to a human
• Design bilingual English/Arabic interfaces properly. RTL is a design problem, not a CSS flag
• Build clickable prototypes fast, test with real users, and iterate weekly
• Own and evolve the design system, shipping design tokens engineers can actually use
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers — write specs, review builds, sweat the last 10%

Must have

• 4–6+ years in product design / UX with real shipped products. Portfolio required
• Demonstrable AI product design work — you have designed for LLM-powered or ML-driven features, not just read about them
• Native with AI design tooling: Figma Make, v0, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, Midjourney/Sora for concepting. You use AI to move five times faster, not to outsource judgement
• Strong systems thinking — information architecture, flows, states, edge cases. Not just screens
• Comfortable with ambiguity, startup pace, and direct stakeholder exposure
• Able to prototype in code (HTML/React/Tailwind), or at minimum read it and spec against it

Nice to have

• Arabic language and RTL design experience
• Real estate, proptech, or luxury / premium brand background
• Front-end shipping ability (React + Tailwind)
• Motion, 3D, or immersive work — property visualisation, virtual tours

What we're not looking for

• A portfolio of Dribbble-style screens with no product context
• “AI native” meaning you used ChatGPT to write copy
• Designers who hand off and disappear
