Admin Support

Zone IT Solutions is an Australia-based IT recruitment and consulting company specializing in connecting top technology talent with leading organizations across Australia. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Support professional to assist our recruitment and operations teams with day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the recruitment and operations teams.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and internal databases.
• Prepare, review, and organize recruitment-related documents.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and clients.
• Track contracts, onboarding documents, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain employee and candidate documentation accurately.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and recruitment dashboards.
• Support job posting activities across various job portals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
• Handle email correspondence and general administrative tasks.
• Assist in maintaining company records and documentation.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administration or recruitment support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting recruitment or HR teams.
• Familiarity with document management and reporting.
• Knowledge of Australian recruitment processes is an added advantage.
