We're Hiring: Sales Manager | Jaipur (On-site)

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing inside sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 10+ sales executives
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Conduct call audits and provide performance coaching
  • Monitor team productivity and improve conversions
  • Manage underperformance through structured coaching plans
  • Ensure process adherence, discipline, and team engagement
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on retention and performance initiatives

We're Looking For:

5+ years of sales experience with strong team management expertise

Proven experience managing 20+ member inside sales/tele-sales teams

Strong coaching, performance management, and people leadership skills

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, target-driven environment

Mature, disciplined, and accountable leadership style

Immediate or early joiners preferred
