Ascendion is looking for an experienced professional in HRBP. This role involves close collaboration with business leaders to comprehend their goals and challenges. Developing HR strategies and solutions with an emphasis on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement in line with business objectives. This would also require Leading HR experts in areas, including talent development, organizational design, employee interactions, and performance management,
Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and challenges, developing HR strategies and solutions focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement aligned with business goals.
Provide expert HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
Lead HR initiatives like workforce planning, succession planning, change management, and diversity and inclusion programs.
Lead the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Provide catalytic support to enable business transformation. Work with business/function leaders to spot opportunities for organizational development, which will accelerate the delivery of business strategy.
Interface with various levels within the organization to develop and lead training initiatives on a broad range of HR-related topics.
Gather and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and priorities, particularly in the areas of performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
Advises and trains managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develops further training as needed.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
MBA or equivalent qualification with at 8-12 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal for fostering positive relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies driving organizational performance and employee engagement.
