The Role
You'll own a tiered portfolio of client accounts as their relationship owner from the day the sales handover lands, reporting to the Head of Account Management. This is not a delivery role: you carry no build work and no delivery team — your job is the client's success and the commercial outcomes that follow. On every account you work alongside a Forward Deployed Engineer and a Product Manager, and your accountabilities are three: client satisfaction, revenue, and expansion.
The Bar
Revenue — retention and expansion across your portfolio — is the top priority for this role, and client satisfaction is how you get there: accounts that genuinely succeed renew and expand as a natural consequence. Account-level CSAT and NPS sit on your scorecard alongside the revenue numbers, not as secondary goals but as how you know you are doing the job right. The lanes are explicit: you own the relationship and the commercial outcomes end to end; the Forward Deployed Engineer owns the solution and the build; the Product Manager owns product onboarding, enablement, and roadmap.
What You'll Own
What Winning Looks Like
First 90 days: you know your book and its health scores, you've run your first kick-off and your first business reviews, and your renewal calendar is built with no surprises left in it.
Steady state: renewals land predictably, you've closed expansion on real value, your accounts are reference-able — and referring — and account-level CSAT is strong quarter after quarter.
