Creator Coordination Intern

We are seeking a 360 Influencer Marketing Intern who understands a simple reality:

Brand growth today is driven by creators, communities, and meaningful digital conversations.

This role is designed for individuals who want direct, hands-on exposure to how influencer campaigns are executed, creator partnerships are built, and brand collaborations are managed inside a fast-scaling digital agency.

Responsibilities

Creator Research & Discovery

Identify relevant creators based on:

• Industry relevance
• Audience demographics
• Engagement quality
• Content style
• Brand fit
• Research creators and influencers across digital platforms.
• Discover emerging creators and partnership opportunities.

Outreach & Communication

Initiate outreach via:

• Instagram DMs
• Emails
• WhatsApp
• Creator Platforms
• Start conversations with creators and influencers.
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain creator relationships.
• Qualify creators based on campaign requirements.

Creator Coordination

• Coordinate creator onboarding and collaboration processes.
• Assist with campaign deliverables and posting schedules.
• Ensure smooth communication between creators and the campaign team.
• Support creator management workflows throughout campaign execution.

Reporting & Tracking

• Maintain creator databases and outreach trackers.

Monitor campaign performance metrics:

• Views
• Reach
• Likes
• Comments
• Saves
• Engagement Rate
• Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis.

Program Structure

Internship Phase (3 Months)

• Earn up to ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per month based on performance 
• Structured onboarding and mentorship provided
• Hands-on execution with real influencer campaigns
• Live creator outreach and partnership management experience

Full-Time Opportunity (Post Internship)

Top-performing candidates may receive a full-time offer with progression into:

Compensation up to ₹3 LPA
