Data Analyst (Fully Remote) – Top US MNC (Enterprise Software)

Job Description

We are hiring Data Analysts to join a Top US MNC building and scaling large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-powered business solutions.

This is an opportunity to work with a globally recognized organization while collaborating with business leaders, product managers, engineers, and data teams to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve customer experiences.

What You'll Do
  • Collect, clean, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support business and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.
  • Create and maintain KPIs, performance metrics, and executive reporting dashboards.
  • Validate data accuracy, consistency, and quality across multiple data sources.
  • Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse structured data.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support data governance, documentation, and reporting best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Required Skills
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Analytics Consultant.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.
  • Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Knowledge of statistics, data modelling, and exploratory data analysis.
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Exposure to data warehouses including Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools.
  • Understanding of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics concepts.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and modern software development teams.
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS products and digital business platforms.
