Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Executive, Swiggy located in Lucknow. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing online and technical support. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications
Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Online Support and Technical Support skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries effectively
Positive and patient attitude
Experience in a customer support role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Salary -
Full time - 12.5k - 15k
Part time - 7k - 45 days office training
