Technical Project Manager

KPI Partners is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager specializing in Data Migration to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering data migration projects on time and within scope. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful implementation and adherence to best practices in data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project lifecycle for data migration initiatives, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with IT, data analysts, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure data quality and integrity during migration processes through rigorous testing and validation.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
• Conduct post-migration reviews to evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, data management best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to data migration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on data migration projects.
• Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration concepts.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials is a plus
