Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support & Automation Engineer


Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support & Automation Engineer who can handle technical issues, troubleshoot application and system problems, and identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks. The candidate will work closely with customers, operations, and development teams to ensure smooth functioning of applications and improve processes through automation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for application, system, and user-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers or internal teams.
  • Investigate application errors using logs, APIs, databases, and monitoring tools.
  • Perform basic SQL queries for troubleshooting, validation, and data analysis.
  • Test APIs using tools such as Postman and validate API requests and responses.
  • Identify repetitive manual processes and develop automation solutions.
  • Create scripts and workflows using Python, JavaScript, Shell scripting, or relevant automation tools.
  • Build and maintain automated jobs, scheduled processes, alerts, and notifications.
  • Monitor automated workflows and troubleshoot failures.
  • Integrate third-party platforms and internal systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring production or customer issues.
  • Escalate product defects and complex technical issues to the development team with proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with developers, operations, and business teams for issue resolution.
  • Suggest improvements that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.


Required Skills

Technical Support, Troubleshooting, Application Support, SQL, REST APIs, Postman, Python or JavaScript, Automation Scripting, Webhooks, JSON, Git, Log Analysis, API Integration, Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving, Communication Skills, and Technical Documentation.


Preferred Skills

React JS, Javascript, Python, Experience with workflow automation tools, Linux/Unix commands, databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL, cloud platforms (like AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and AI/LLM-based automation would be an advantage.


Stipend: - Rs 5000 + (Incentive performance bases)
