Hiring: Google Workspace Support Engineer | Chrome OS, Android Management & RTC

Location: Chennai / Indore

Experience: 3-8Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Google Workspace Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 support for Chrome OS, Chrome Browser, Android Management, Google Meet, Chat, and Voice. The ideal candidate should have experience with Google Admin Console, device management, RTC technologies, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical support cases while meeting SLA targets

• Troubleshoot device, network, and collaboration issues

• Manage Google Admin Console configurations and policies

• Escalate complex issues with detailed diagnostics

• Maintain knowledge articles and troubleshooting documentation
