About the Role

R Systems International is seeking a dedicated and analytical Technical Consultant to join our dynamic digital transformation team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between complex business requirements and innovative technological solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that empower our clients to streamline their operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments and is committed to delivering high-quality, scalable code.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and D365 modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
• Configure and customize Field Services entities, workflows, and automated processes to optimize mobile workforce efficiency.
• Design and develop custom plugins, workflow activities, and API integrations to extend the standard functionality of the Dynamics platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate stakeholder needs into comprehensive technical specifications.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for complex system issues, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
• Mentor team members by conducting thorough code reviews and sharing best practices in software architecture.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide technical documentation to ensure seamless platform adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ecosystems.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Services, including scheduling, work orders, and mobile application configuration.
• Strong background in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for custom development within the Power Platform.
• Experience with SQL Server, FetchXML, and integration tools (such as Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-240 or PL-400).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 deployments.
• Knowledge of Power BI for creating advanced data visualizations and reporting within CRM.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a consultancy environment.

Experience Level (5-8 Years)

Candidates at this level are expected to possess significant professional experience in enterprise software implementation. You should be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, leading technical workstreams, and making architectural decisions that impact long-term system stability. We expect you to have a proven track record of delivering at least 3-4 full-lifecycle Dynamics implementations from discovery to post-go-live support.
