Full-Stack Engineer

NeuroDrift, a US-based AI voice and enterprise software company, is hiring a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to own the customer data layer of a multi-tenant SaaS platform. This is a build-and-run role: you'll own the data model, backend, APIs, admin interface, deployment and production operation. There is no separate infrastructure team to hand your work to.

What you'll do

- Design the data model for customer, organisation and interaction records across many isolated tenants

- Build low-latency read APIs for real-time services

- Build a write pipeline that validates automated input and routes low-confidence records to human review

- Build bulk import, export, retention and segmentation workflows

- Build the admin interface for all of it

- Decide how it's hosted, deployed, scaled and monitored, and own what it costs to run

What we need (3+ years experience)

- Strong full stack: TypeScript, or an adjacent language you can ramp from quickly

- Data modelling on production systems other teams depend on, SQL or NoSQL

- Multi-tenant apps with tenant isolation and authorisation enforced server side

- Async and scheduled processing: imports, backfills, retries, partial failures

- Delivered against a hard constraint: latency, throughput or cost

- Owned the runtime of what you built: deployment pipeline, monitoring, reproducible environments, on call when it broke

Preferred

- Google Cloud, Firestore or another document database

- Infrastructure as code

- LLM APIs in production with structured output

- High-volume ingestion, deduplication, identity resolution

- SOC 2, GDPR or DPDPA: audit logging, PII handling, retention

How we work

- You'll be equipped with Claude Code from day one. We're an AI-native team and expect you to use AI tooling to ship faster, not work around it

The setup

- Fully remote

- High-intensity role: 50 to 60 hours a week, startup pace, not a 9-to-5

- Working hours primarily IST, with availability for client meetings in US time zones

- Immediate joiners only, non-negotiable

This role is for you if you're a builder who takes ownership instead of waiting for tickets. If you need heavy structure and direction, this isn't the one.
