We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Vikas Global Solutions Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional support to our customers.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in any field
1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems
Knowledge of IT products and services is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries
Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues they may encounter with our products or services
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations and ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and contribute to ongoing process improvements
Languages:- English and Kannada is must
Good communications skill and computer knowledge is required
