Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Technical Lead

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 8–10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience to lead the technical design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on technical leader who can independently own technical deliverables, guide development teams, work closely with architects and business stakeholders, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions based on business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and day-to-day guidance to Salesforce developers and implementation teams.
• Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
• Lead integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Partner with Solution and Technical Architects to define architecture and implementation approaches.
• Conduct technical design and code reviews to ensure quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce standard functionality and minimize unnecessary customization.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including governor-limit management, security, sharing, performance, and data architecture.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical, integration, and production issues.
• Support deployment, release management, CI/CD, and Salesforce DevOps processes.
• Participate in client and stakeholder discussions and communicate technical concepts and recommendations effectively.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and establish development standards, reusable components, frameworks, and best practices.
• Evaluate and incorporate emerging Salesforce capabilities, including Data Cloud/Data 360, Agentforce, and Salesforce AI where appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Triggers, and Salesforce configuration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, sharing, governor limits, and platform limitations.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions across one or more Salesforce Clouds.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based solutions, including REST and SOAP.
• Experience with asynchronous processing, Platform Events, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles, and field-level security.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and DevOps practices, including Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD, and release management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and data migration concepts.
• Demonstrated experience performing technical design reviews and code reviews.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical, integration, and performance issues.
• Experience leading and mentoring Salesforce development teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently own technical deliverables and provide technical direction throughout the development lifecycle.

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360.
• Experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Experience with Experience Cloud and complex customer- or partner-facing solutions.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with enterprise middleware and integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar technologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
