Service Quality Engineer

The Service Quality Engineer is an integral part of the service quality organization, the role helps to monitor, maintain, and improve the quality performance of Vertiv CE & 3rd party service engineers working within Vertiv’s service sector.
The Service Quality Engineer’s other main roles will help to improve the customer experience through the continuous quality audit program of Vertiv’s service delivery personnel in project deployment, product servicing, and also the auditing of local suppliers to maintain and improve their quality performance.
Responsibilities:
Perform site installation & commissioning audits for mega projects for all LOB and report its progress.
Work with business leads to drive corrective actions for Service and Manufacturing related issues.
Work with Cross-Functional team in the resolution of key quality issues based on data.
Propose Best practice sharing across region.
Participate in monthly Service CFT meeting & Gate Reviews of all LOB to share site feedback to drive improvements.
Service Quality

Integrated Management System
Perform Internal audits within respective areas and report its progress.
Help and drive Continuous Quality Improvement of processes within respective areas.
Support the IMS Manager for the implementation / deployment and sustainment of IMS System
Maintain and update documents of the Integrated Management System.
Participate in the Integrated Management System reviews.
Coordinate Customer audits, and its improvement actions
Service provider Quality Sample audits of 3 rd party service providers working within Vertiv service sector,
Reports the observations and work with Service Operation to improve their performance.
Reporting Provide monthly reporting for relevant Quality KPIs
Others Develop and maintain effective communication within the business.
Follows procedures, rules and principles of Quality Management System,
Respects principles of local and international VERTIV Trade Compliance procedures connected with all operations and business practices,
Follows all rules of H&S and living environment protection defines by internal procedures or communicated during trainings,
Follows required actions to prevent all emergency situations and follows operation controls rules,
Reports all accidents, occupation diseases and emergency situations (where applicable)
Preferred Engineering roles for at least 5 years
Fluent in English and desirable a second language.
Strong leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Active knowledge of quality systems, tools and standards desired
Knowledge of Lean management
Intermediate to Advanced in MS Excel.
