Hiring | Business Development Manager – Influencer Marketing

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

⏰ Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 3–6 Years

Business Development Manager to drive new brand acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end business development cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation and closure.
• Identify and acquire new brands across Beauty, Skincare, Wellness, Fashion, Lifestyle, Food, D2C and emerging categories.
• Build and manage a strong new-business pipeline.
• Develop relationships with Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers and agency decision-makers.
• Understand client objectives, marketing requirements and budgets.
• Pitch Influencer Marketing, Creator Collaborations and Digital Marketing Solutions.
• Lead commercial discussions and independently close business.
• Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business, upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, brand launches and emerging opportunities.
• Work closely with Campaign Management and Talent Management teams to deliver client solutions.
• Guide BDEs/Associates and support pipeline and conversion tracking.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Media Sales, Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Agency experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record of lead generation, new-client acquisition and independent deal closure.
• Strong understanding of the Influencer Marketing / Creator / Digital ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, pitching, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial and revenue orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

⭐ Beauty / Skincare / Wellness experience will be an added advantage.
