Role Description

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our equipment's and software applications and stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.

- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and propose our solutions.

- Delivering clear and engaging technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings.

- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.

- Providing technical guidance and support to clients for the successful implementation, deployment, and utilization of our solutions.

- Acting as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

- Prepare clear pre-requirement documentation and concise technical or application notes.

- Gathering and sharing client feedback to help improve solution effectiveness and customer experience.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech ONLY IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING or equivalent (final year students/ freshers are welcome to apply).

- Good communication skills.

- Comfortable working in an environment that values adaptability and continuous learning.
