Customer Support & Retention ExecutiveAbout the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support & Retention Executive  to be part of our growing D2C wellness team.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customers receive a smooth and positive experience — from answering product and order-related queries to resolving issues, following up with customers, and helping recover potential orders.

This is a hands-on customer-facing role . We are looking for someone who communicates well, is patient and empathetic, and takes ownership of customer problems rather than simply responding to messages.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other support channels
• Respond to questions about products, orders, payments, shipping, returns, and other customer concerns
• Help customers choose the right products based on their requirements, within company guidelines
• Track and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Coordinate with the warehouse, operations, and other teams to resolve customer issues
• Follow up with customers until their issue is properly resolved
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and issues

Customer Retention & Recovery

• Follow up with customers who have abandoned their carts
• Contact potential customers and help resolve questions or concerns preventing them from completing their purchase
• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders or incomplete purchases
• Identify common reasons for cancellations, refunds, or abandoned carts and share insights with the team
• Support initiatives to improve repeat purchases and customer retention

Customer Experience

• Maintain a warm, helpful, and professional tone in every interaction
• Handle difficult or unhappy customers calmly and professionally
• Build trust through clear communication and timely follow-up
• Identify recurring customer problems and suggest ways to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, telesales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role
• Freshers with good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply
• Good spoken and written English
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp and email
• Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented
• Good basic computer skills
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and learning new tools
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Must Know Hindi and English and a regional language is a plus.
