About the Role – Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of our GST products. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating product configuration and integrations, conducting product demonstrations, and training, and ensuring successful implementation and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end implementation of GST products.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate product configuration and deployment.

- Support ERP/API integrations in collaboration with internal technical teams.

- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and post-implementation support.

- Guide clients on GST compliance and return filing processes.

- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance teams.

- Track project timelines, documentation, risks, and client issues.

- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

- Visit client locations as required.

Key Skills & Experience

- Strong client-facing and communication skills.

- Hands-on experience in GST return filing and/or indirect taxation.

- Understanding of APIs, ERP integrations, or software implementation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively.

- Customer-focused approach with strong ownership and execution skills.

- Willingness to travel as required.
