We’re looking for a strong GCP Test Engineer who can validate complex data pipelines, perform deep data quality checks, and troubleshoot production data issues.

Position: GCP Test Engineer

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Remote

Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

⭐ MUST-HAVE SKILLS

BigQuery

Dataflow

Cloud Composer / Apache Airflow

Google Cloud Storage (GCS)

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

✔️ End-to-end testing of GCP data pipelines

✔️ Source-to-target reconciliation using complex BigQuery SQL

✔️ Historical & incremental data load validation

✔️ Data Quality Assurance — completeness, accuracy, consistency, uniqueness & freshness

✔️ Airflow DAG validation, dependency verification & failure analysis

✔️ Batch & streaming Dataflow pipeline validation

✔️ Dimensional & fact table testing

✔️ SCD Type 1 & Type 2 validation

✔️ SQL-based test automation & audit reconciliation

✔️ Production data issue troubleshooting & RCA

✔️ Defect triage, release validation & deployment verification

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

If you have 8+ years of testing experience and strong hands-on exposure to BigQuery + Dataflow + Cloud Composer + GCS, this opportunity could be a great fit!
