Job description
Roles and responsibilities
Assist in creating job descriptions and job postings for various positions, both tech and non-tech.
Source candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media, networking events, and university career fairs.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
Coordinate interviews and assessments, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging necessary accommodations.
Participate in interview panels and provide feedback to hiring managers.
Assist in extending job offers and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements and Skill Set
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
