Minimum
7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
with strong expertise across Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Processes, EWM Configuration, Integration, Implementation, and Production Support.

REQUIREMENT FOR SAP EWM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT
Key Responsibilities
Minimum
7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM
with strong expertise in Inbound, Outbound, and Internal Warehouse Processes.
Strong knowledge of
Inbound Logistics , including Yard Management, Unloading, Deconsolidation, Putaway, Goods Receipt, and exception handling.
Strong experience in
Outbound Logistics , including Picking, Packing, Loading, Shipping, PGI, and exception management.
Expertise in
Handling Unit (HU) Management , Warehouse Task, Warehouse Order processing, and inventory management.
Independently configure and implement SAP EWM warehouse processes.
Manage
Warehouse Master Data , including Material Master, Storage Bins, Storage Types, and Business Partners.
Strong experience in
Batch Management
and warehouse inventory control.
Strong understanding of
SAP ECC/S/4HANA and EWM integration , including CIF setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with
IDoc interfaces , monitoring, integration, and issue resolution.
Understand EWM interfaces and cross-functional integrations with
SAP MM, SD, PP, TM , and other SAP modules.
Experience with
Labour Management
and SAP Screen Personas.
Gather business requirements, perform process mapping, and design SAP-driven warehouse solutions.
Participate in the complete project lifecycle covering
Design, Configuration, Development Support, Testing, Deployment, Hypercare, and Production Support .
Independently handle high-priority incidents, problem management,
RCA , and service operations.
Collaborate with business users, SAP development teams, functional teams, and support teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to SAP EWM practice-building and knowledge management.
Familiarity with
SAP Solution Manager
and SAP implementation methodologies.
Manage client expectations, proactively identify project risks, and provide appropriate mitigation strategies.
Who Can Apply?
Candidates with
7+ years of SAP EWM experience .
Strong hands-on experience in
EWM configuration and warehouse process design .
Experience across
Inbound, Outbound, and Internal Warehouse Processes .
Strong knowledge of
HU Management, Warehouse Tasks/Orders, Picking, Packing, Putaway, Loading, Shipping, and PGI .
Experience with
Yard Management and Deconsolidation .
Strong understanding of
EWM Master Data and Batch Management .
Hands-on experience with
ECC/S/4HANA-EWM integration, CIF, and IDocs .
Experience integrating EWM with
MM, SD, PP, and TM .
Strong incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, and production support capabilities.
Must have at least
one end-to-end SAP EWM implementation project
in a lead or independent consultant role.
Experience in
support, enhancements, rollouts, and stabilization projects .
Ability to independently drive EWM configuration and business process design.

Experience leading EWM implementation or transformation programs.

as a Lead or Independent Consultant.
Experience in
support, enhancements, rollout, and stabilization projects .
Hands-on experience independently driving
EWM configuration and business process design .
