About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Architect / Designer with strong expertise in architectural visualization and restaurant/hospitality design to support an urgent airport food hall redesign project.

The role will focus heavily on creating high-quality, photorealistic architectural visualizations and design presentations for airport food hall RFPs. The ideal candidate should be able to independently develop compelling visual concepts and translate architectural and interior design requirements into polished, presentation-ready deliverables.

This is not a general drafting or interior design role. Strong architectural visualization skills and a portfolio demonstrating high-quality restaurant, food hall, food court, airport, or hospitality projects are essential.

Key Project

The immediate project involves the redesign of an approximately 7,000 sq. ft. airport food hall covering six brands.

Due to the urgent project timeline, the selected candidate must be able to start quickly, work independently, manage revisions efficiently, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, photorealistic architectural renderings for restaurant and food hall concepts.
• Create detailed restaurant and food hall layouts, elevations, and interior views.
• Develop visual concepts that effectively communicate the design intent for RFP presentations.
• Prepare materials boards and design presentation materials.
• Produce 3D visualizations and, where required, 3D walkthroughs.
• Translate architectural concepts, layouts, materials, and brand requirements into compelling visual presentations.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions quickly while maintaining design quality and consistency.
• Manage assigned design and visualization deliverables independently.
• Coordinate multiple brand concepts and ensure each design is accurately represented.
• Work efficiently under tight timelines and prioritize deliverables based on project requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in restaurant architecture, hospitality architecture, architectural visualization, or a closely related field.
• Strong experience creating photorealistic architectural renderings and 3D visualizations.
• Experience with restaurant, food hall, food court, airport, hospitality, or commercial projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural layouts, elevations, interiors, materials, and spatial design.
• Proficiency with relevant 3D modeling, rendering, and architectural visualization software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual quality across multiple deliverables.
• Ability to handle revisions and work effectively under pressure.
• Availability to meet the October 7 project deadline.

Portfolio Requirement

A strong portfolio is mandatory and should demonstrate:

• Photorealistic architectural renderings
• Restaurant or hospitality projects
• Food hall / food court / airport projects, where available
• Interior perspectives and elevations
• 3D modeling and visualization capabilities
• Quality of materials, lighting, finishes, and overall presentation

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior restaurant/hospitality architect or architectural visualization specialist who combines strong design understanding with exceptional rendering and presentation skills.

Candidates with relevant restaurant, food hall, airport, or hospitality experience will be strongly preferred.
