Web Developer

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Web Developer (Fresher) to join our digital team at Sadbhav Futuretech Limited. In this remote role, you will assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our web platforms, landing pages, and web-based applications. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic entry-level developer to gain hands-on experience building fast, responsive, and secure web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using WordPress and modern page builders (e.g., Elementor).
• Implement and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and custom PHP/CSS scripts.
• Assist in backend integration, database management, and running queries using SQL/MySQL.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional web pages.
• Monitor website performance, troubleshoot layout or script bottlenecks, and implement Core Web Vitals optimizations.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and basic on-page SEO best practices.
• Support custom web development tasks involving PHP and foundational MVC frameworks (such as Laravel) as needed.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), or a related technical field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Core Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SQL.
• WordPress Proficiency: Familiarity with the WordPress CMS architecture, theme customization, and page builders.
• Familiarity with Frameworks: Basic exposure to or interest in PHP frameworks like Laravel is a plus.
• Performance Focus: Understanding of web performance concepts, page load speed optimization, and responsive design principles.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking, eagerness to learn, and proactive troubleshooting skills.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
