Oracle EBS HRMS Technical/Techno-Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for Oracle EBS HRMS Technical / Techno-Functional Consultants with 3–6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Oracle EBS HRMS along with a good understanding of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, enhance, and support Oracle EBS HRMS R12.

• Work on RICEW components – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows.

• Develop and troubleshoot SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher/XML Publisher.

• Work with Oracle EBS HRMS APIs, tables, concurrent programs, workflows, flexfields, and interfaces.

• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical/techno-functional solutions.

• Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business users.

• Support integrations with third-party applications and troubleshoot production issues.

• Participate in EBS enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of hands-on Oracle EBS HRMS experience.

• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills.

• Good experience in RICEW.

• Experience with Oracle Forms/Reports and/or BI Publisher.

• Good understanding of Oracle HRMS technical architecture, tables, and APIs.

• Working knowledge of HRMS processes such as Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Absence, or OTL.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Oracle EBS R12.2 experience.

• Payroll technical experience.

• Oracle Workflow / OAF / Web ADI.

• REST/SOAP integrations or OIC.

• EBS upgrade or migration experience.

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
