Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead business growth, drive revenue, manage sales performance, and develop strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Business Development/Sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies for new customer acquisition and business growth.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, and team productivity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and sales training for team members.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop effective business development strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards for management.
• Work closely with Operations and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Handle key client escalations and support the team in closing high-value opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and compliance standards.

Eligibility

• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in B2B, financial services, SaaS, legal, compliance, or professional services.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added advantage.

Compensation
