Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Network Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This position is available in multiple locations and offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in network engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and manage advanced routing and switching solutions to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.
• Monitor network performance and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain high levels of service availability.
• Configure and manage firewalls and VPNs to secure network access and protect sensitive data.
• Optimize network infrastructure for performance and efficiency, leveraging SD-WAN and network redundancy techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.

Expected Outcomes :

• Achieve a 99.9% network uptime through effective monitoring and proactive management of network components.
• Reduce network latency by 20% through optimization strategies and advanced routing techniques.
• Enhance security posture by successfully implementing and maintaining firewall and VPN configurations that meet compliance standards.
• Deliver network solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations, resulting in increased satisfaction and loyalty.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovative problem-solving and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications (Skills/Competencies) :

• Proficiency in Advanced Routing and Switching, Network Monitoring, CISCO, ARUBA, FORTINET, Firewall and VPN Management, Network Optimization, SD-WAN, and Network Redundancy.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex network challenges.
• Strong learning agility to adapt to new technologies and evolving industry standards.
• Accountability and responsibility in managing network projects and delivering results.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration.
