CREATIVE CONTENT & GRAPHIC DESIGN ASSISTANT

Primary Outcome

1. Graphic Design

• Create social-media graphics and campaign assets.
• Design product-release and promotional materials.
• Produce website banners and collection graphics.
• Prepare email-marketing graphics.
• Create line sheets, lookbooks and sales presentations.
• Design Private Reserve proposals and proof-of-capability materials.
• Resize approved designs for multiple platforms.
• Prepare web-ready and print-ready files.
• Maintain correct resolution, dimensions and formats.
• Produce product mockups and visual presentations.

2. Video Editing and Production

• Edit Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce product videos, campaign teasers and launch trailers.
• Create short-form ads and organic content variations.
• Edit founder, product, event and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Add approved titles, typography, transitions and motion graphics.
• Perform color correction, sound cleanup and music synchronization.
• Create platform-specific vertical, square and horizontal exports.
• Add approved captions and subtitles.
• Produce multiple hooks or openings from one video.
• Repurpose long-form footage into short-form content.
• Maintain organized project files and exports.

3. AI Video and Visual Production

The assistant should be comfortable learning and operating the AI creative stack.

Use Higgsfield or an approved equivalent for:

• Image-to-video production
• Product-motion concepts
• Campaign teasers
• Cinematic camera movement
• Short-form social concepts
• AI-hosted or product-led content when approved
• Ad and creative variations
• Movement tests using approved product and campaign imagery

Higgsfield output must still be reviewed, edited and finished before publishing.

Resleeve

Use Resleeve for:

• Approved on-model visualization
• Editorial imagery
• Lookbooks
• Campaign visualization
• Ecommerce imagery
• Launch-content development

Resleeve should visualize approved products rather than redesigning products without authorization.

Raspberry AI

Use Raspberry AI for approved:

• Garment concepts
• Graphic and placement exploration
• Colorways
• Material experimentation
• Product mockups
• Technical flats
• Initial product-development visualization

Raspberry AI is a supporting design environment. No AI-generated technical output goes directly to a factory without founder and technical review.

ChatGPT Image Generation

Use approved ChatGPT image-generation workflows for:

• Visual ideation
• Graphic concepts
• Campaign references
• Storyboard frames
• Set and environment concepts
• Early creative-direction exploration

Adobe Finishing

AI output must be finished using professional production tools when necessary.

• Illustrator for vectors, logos, artwork and precision
• Photoshop for compositing, retouching and cleanup
• Premiere Pro for video editing
• After Effects for advanced motion graphics
• InDesign for presentations, line sheets and editorial layouts

4. Content Creation

• Turn approved creative direction into complete content packages.
• Produce posts, carousels, stories and reel covers.
• Create product, editorial, service and campaign content.
• Develop assets supporting FASHION, RESERVE and TRAFFIC.
• Repurpose photography, videos and campaign archives.
• Produce creative variations for different platforms.
• Prepare draft captions, creative notes and asset descriptions.
• Create revenue-connected assets for launches, proposals and outreach.
• Support visual storytelling across each company without confusing their identities.

5. Advertising Creative

• Create static and video ad variations.
• Develop multiple openings, visual hooks and calls to action.
• Resize advertising assets for Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Produce product-specific and audience-specific variations.
• Respond to performance information supplied by the operations assistant.
• Revise underperforming creative based on approved feedback.
• Maintain clear naming for campaigns, concepts and versions.

The creative assistant produces advertising assets but does not independently control advertising budgets, targeting or campaign spending.

6. Brand and Asset Management

• Follow the approved visual system for each company.
• Protect the separation between WINNIN and WEALTH.
• Use the correct logo, typography, product name, category and price.
• Maintain approved templates.
• Organize source files, working files and final exports.
• Maintain the Airtable MEDIA LIBRARY.
• Store approved assets correctly in Google Drive.
• Prevent outdated or unapproved assets from being published.
• Preserve editable source files.
• Submit brand-sensitive work for founder approval.

A candidate does not need to have mastered every AI platform before hiring. Strong design judgment, Adobe ability, video editing and the capacity to learn new AI workflows are more important than a long software list.
