Business Development Manager – Forex & FinTech Partnership | India

About the Opportunity

AITradeBoom is expanding its partner network in India. We are looking for experienced business development professionals, Introducing Brokers (IBs), agents and relationship managers who can introduce active trading clients and help develop long-term market partnerships.

This is a performance-based agent/IB partnership rather than a salaried employment role. Partners earn ongoing commissions and rebates based on the closed trading volume generated by their referred clients. Product-specific allocations and onboarding details will be shared with suitable applicants.

What You Can Build

• Develop your own client portfolio across India
• Recruit and manage your own IB or sub-agent network
• Earn ongoing volume-based commissions and retain an agreed share from your direct sub-agents
• Monitor clients, trading volume, commissions and partner activity through the agent portal
• Receive product guidance, onboarding assistance and operational support

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce suitable clients and business partners to AITradeBoom
• Build relationships with traders, communities, educators, affiliates, IBs and financial-market professionals
• Explain the platform and partnership model accurately to prospective clients and partners
• Support account registration, onboarding and ongoing relationship management
• Develop regional opportunities and provide practical market feedback
• Follow applicable compliance, communication and responsible marketing standards

Preferred Background

• Experience in business development, sales, client acquisition or relationship management
• Forex, CFD, brokerage, FinTech, MT4/MT5 or financial-services experience is preferred
• An existing network of traders, clients, IBs or agents is a strong advantage, but not required
• Candidates who already manage an agent or sales team are especially welcome
• Strong communication, follow-up and independent working ability
• Good English; Hindi or other Indian regional languages are an advantage
