Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with 10–12 years of experience to lead and manage complex technology programs and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background along with excellent program/project management, stakeholder management, and delivery skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs and projects.
• Work closely with engineering, product, business, and client teams to define requirements, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional coordination, track dependencies, identify risks, and resolve blockers.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical discussions and actionable plans.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines and resources, and ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate program status, risks, and key updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive Agile delivery processes, including planning, tracking, and continuous improvement.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS

• 10–12 years of overall experience, including significant experience in Technical Project or Program Management.
• Strong technology background with the ability to understand software development, architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, and technical dependencies.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs and multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder, client, team, and vendor management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.

PREFERRED

• Technical background in software engineering, cloud, or enterprise applications.
• PMP, Scrum, or other relevant project/program management certifications.
• Experience working with distributed teams and enterprise clients.
