Overview

The Graphic Designer shapes how Fedstack looks and feels across every touchpoint candidates and partners encounter: marketing campaigns, cohort microsites, recruiting collateral, and social content. This role is about making Fedstack's mission and credibility visible at a glance, whether that's a landing page banner, a one-pager for an agency partner, or a graphic promoting an upcoming cohort. You'll work closely with marketing, recruiting, and program coordination to produce polished, on-brand visual assets that support the candidate funnel and Fedstack's broader presence.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing and recruiting collateral, including social graphics, email campaign visuals, one-pagers, and presentation decks
• Create and maintain visual assets for Fedstack landing pages and cohort microsites, in partnership with marketing and web development
• Apply and help maintain Fedstack's brand guidelines (colors, type, logo usage, imagery) consistently across all materials
• Produce graphics that support recruiting campaigns and specific cohort launches, often on tight turnarounds
• Partner with marketing and recruiting to translate campaign goals and messaging into clear, compelling visuals
• Prepare files for a range of outputs, including web, print, and social media specifications

Qualifications

• 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally supporting marketing, recruiting, or brand campaigns
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print design
• Comfort managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and consistency across brand touchpoints

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for a hiring, recruiting, or education platform
• Basic familiarity with web publishing tools (Squarespace, WordPress, or similar)
• Experience with motion graphics or short-form video content
• Photography or illustration skills
