Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer who can take ownership of design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, a solid understanding of brand identity, and the ability to create visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms.

You will work closely with our marketing, content, and social media teams to translate ideas into impactful visual assets while maintaining consistency across all brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative designs aligned with brand identity across digital and print platforms.
• Develop visually compelling graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and other brand communication materials.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to translate ideas into impactful visual assets.
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, color schemes, layouts, and overall visual language across all projects.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and creative excellence.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Mentor junior designers by providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance team performance.
• Optimize designs for various platforms and formats, ensuring responsiveness and visual appeal across devices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, design execution, and versatility across different formats.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW and Canva.
• Experience creating designs for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Ability to understand and maintain brand guidelines across multiple projects.
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to independently develop concepts and visual directions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
• Ability to take feedback positively and incorporate revisions effectively.
