Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Looking for a candidate Provide administrative support to the CHRO in the planning and organization of the calendar, team events.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Provide coordination and administrative support for Human Resources (HR) programs and projects in Canada, and assist Senior HR leaders with the coordination of key initiatives and change management activities. This role will also provide administrative support to the CHRO.

PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

Provide coordination and administrative support for HR programs including: Wellness, Total Rewards, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), leadership development, talent management and employee engagement

Assist Senior HR leaders in Canada with Director and above employment offers and onboarding, escalated employee concerns, payroll/benefit documentation and change management initiatives as required.

Provide administrative support to the CHRO in the development of presentations, employee related letters and required reports as well as the planning and organization of the calendar, team events and department meetings

Participate in and provide coordination support to CHRO for regional and global initiatives as assigned.

Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports and other documents as assigned.

Work with others in the Region and Globally on projects as assigned.

Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma or GED required

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Previous experience in Human Resources

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Internet and Outlook required

Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multi-task and handle numerous tasks simultaneously

· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must

· Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality

· Ability to work well with others

· Position requires flexible availability and must be able to adjust schedule as needed based on business needs

· Must be prompt and dependable.
