Fulfillment Technician

Candidates are required to work in rotational night shifts and its compulsory WFO.
Outcomes and Accomplishments
As a Digital Fulfilment Technician, you will:
• Ingest incoming Client assets by strictly following SOPs
• Package and QC assets prior delivery using NMS applications and players
• Monitor order creation on automated supply chain tools by client provided Avails
• Manual order creation or cloning of orders on automated supply chain tools based on the communication received from client on redelivery of assets.
• Monitor and trouble shoot order processing on automated supply chain tools through successful delivery.
• Communicating with respective units about project status, issues found, etc. Keep client posted on the status of orders and their completion.
• Must effectively analyse and communicate information to resolve issues and concerns as they arise.
• Connect with the client on following up with ETA of sources to be received as shows have strict launch times to go live on the website.
• Troubleshooting ability to get to the root cause when the order is stuck at processing stage using various home-grown tools and communicate with client to re-send the assets or metadata based on the findings.
• Raise tickets with the technical operations team to resolve platform related issues. Playback verification on the client portal before the launch and on website/App once the show goes live based on the launch date and time.
• Maintain a current and accurate understanding of all work in the pipeline.
• Send daily updates of work to the team.
• Communicate and interact effectively with the Client, Team Lead, Production Manager, onsite team, and associated departments regarding issues/status related to the project.
What You Bring:
• ‘Client is king’ attitude while handling requests and working on titles.
• Prior experience of working with Content QC, Metadata XML, Audio / Video Editing.
• The capacity to handle a high number of files which require quick turnaround time towards resolution.
• The ability to remain calm and deliver results under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
• A high degree of commitment to work, and excellent ethics.
• The ability to multi-task as needed in day-to-day business operations.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken. Excellent Communication especially while replying to emails.
• A willingness to work across shifts and work weeks.
• Basic knowledge of Mac and PC navigation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Should be familiar working with Excel.
• Demonstrating ethics and integrity.
• Ensure continuous and effective collaboration with the Production teams to achieve department specific objectives consistent with the mission and vision of the organization

• Able to cope with multiple priorities which are often clashing with each other.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and collaboration software such as Zoom, Slack, etc.
• Good problem-solving skills.
