WE’RE HIRING: UI/UX ENGINEER

Taxplan Advisor is looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Engineer to design intuitive, modern, and user-friendly digital experiences across our website, web applications, and future products.

Work Mode: Remote / Freelance

Compensation: Up to ₹100000/- CTC Monthly

What You’ll Handle:

• Design intuitive and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Design modern, responsive, and conversion-focused UI
• Translate business requirements into effective user experiences
• Create and maintain design systems and reusable UI components
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Improve existing designs based on user feedback and business requirements
• Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, spacing, colors, and visual hierarchy
• Conduct basic UX research and usability analysis
• Create design assets and specifications for development
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams
• Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends and best practices

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma
• Strong understanding of UX principles and UI design
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Experience designing websites, dashboards, SaaS platforms, or applications
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development is a plus
• Strong visual design and attention to detail
• Good understanding of typography, layouts, colors, spacing, and accessibility
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Portfolio of UI/UX projects is required
