Solutions Developer

Responsibilities

• Translate solution designs and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable software.
• Develop and integrate applications, APIs, services, and supporting components.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and project managers.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and defect resolution.
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems.
• Ensure solutions meet required performance, security, scalability, and quality standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve development and integration issues.
• Support enhancements, optimization, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software development and solution implementation.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, .NET/C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and system integration.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Git/version control and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work from solution designs and technical specifications and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.

Required Skills

• Experience with microservices and cloud-native development.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with DevOps and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade applications and integrations.
• Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
