What You'll Do

Create Engaging Video Content

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, brand films, and marketing initiatives.
• Transform raw footage into compelling visual stories aligned with brand guidelines.
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, transitions, sound design, color correction, and visual effects where required.

???? Collaborate with Creative Teams

• Work closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
• Contribute creative inputs during concept development and execution.
• Incorporate feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.

⚡ Deliver Creative Excellence

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Organize project files and assets efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, trends, and platform best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience as a Video Editor.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating editing and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media content formats.
• Excellent storytelling, visual composition, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.

Employment Options :-

Full-Time Video Editor

Full-time, work-from-office role based in Pune.

Collaborate closely with internal creative and production teams on day-to-day projects.

Freelance Video Editor

• Project-based engagement.
• Work from our Pune office during the project duration.
• Flexible engagement model with opportunities to work on exciting campaigns across multiple brands.

Portfolio submission is mandatory for both Full-Time and Freelance applicants.
