Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (D360). The ideal candidate should have 6–8 years of overall Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Data Cloud experience.

• Data Unification and Identity Resolution
• Calculated Insights
• Data Cloud Segmentation
• Activation and activation targets
• Salesforce CRM data integration
• APIs and external data-source integrations
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, Apex, SOQL and Lightning
• Experience troubleshooting Data Cloud data pipelines and integrations

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud/D360 solutions.
• Configure and manage data ingestion from Salesforce and external data sources.
• Build and maintain Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, Data Models, and mappings.
• Implement identity resolution and data unification strategies.
• Develop Calculated Insights and Segmentation solutions.
• Configure Data Cloud activation and integration with downstream systems.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements.
• Troubleshoot data ingestion, transformation, mapping, and activation issues.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and scalability.
• Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce and third-party applications.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer to team members.
